Health & exercise notice.

Exercise involves inherent risk.Strength, endurance, running and hybrid training can cause fatigue, falls, strains, musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular events or other harm. Read this notice carefully before participating.
01 · Readiness

Medical clearance

STANDARD. does not determine whether you are medically fit to exercise. Obtain medical clearance before starting or continuing if you have a known condition, recent surgery, unexplained symptoms, are pregnant or postpartum, have been advised to restrict exercise, or are uncertain about your readiness. Follow the advice of qualified healthcare professionals.

02 · Disclosure

Tell your coach

Provide complete and accurate information about injuries, pain, conditions, medication, allergies, previous surgery and limitations that may affect training. Update this information whenever circumstances change. Your coach relies on what you disclose when adapting exercise selection and load.

03 · Participation

Train within your ability

  • Use suitable space, footwear and correctly maintained equipment.
  • Follow technique and loading guidance without exceeding your ability.
  • Do not train while impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs, severe illness or unsafe fatigue.
  • Stop immediately for chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, unusual heart symptoms, sudden weakness, sharp or worsening pain, or any alarming symptom.
  • Seek urgent medical assistance when symptoms could be serious.
04 · Online limits

Remote coaching

When you train remotely or independently, your coach cannot continuously inspect your environment, equipment, technique or physical condition. You are responsible for choosing a safe setting, exercising sound judgment and seeking in-person professional assessment when needed.

05 · Nutrition

General guidance only

Nutrition information is general coaching guidance and does not replace personalised advice from a registered dietitian or medical practitioner. Disclose relevant allergies, intolerances, eating-disorder history and medical dietary requirements, and seek specialist care where appropriate.

06 · Consent

Your acknowledgement

By accepting this notice, you confirm that you have read and understood the risks; have had the opportunity to ask questions; participate voluntarily; will disclose relevant information; and accept the ordinary inherent risks of exercise. This acknowledgement does not waive any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including protections under the Consumer Protection Act.
